Things to consider when booking your travel—if extra space is essential or a necessity, couples/families might want to consider booking a window and an aisle seat, if the plane is not full, chances are airlines may not seat anyone between you!

For a small fee, you may be able to check your bags at curbside check-in.
Be sure to arrive early! Security lines may be long at times. With fewer flights available, available space is at a premium and added passengers mean longer lines and less time between connections.
Liquids-Remember there is a 3 oz rule and liquids must fit inside a plastic sandwich bag.
